Refunds & Returns Policy
At Tianela, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer store credit only. This allows you to choose another item that suits you better.
Return Conditions
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Items must be free of stains, marks, odors, or any kind of damage.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
A tracking number is required for all returns. Only items that meet all return conditions will be accepted.

Store Credit and Processing
Refunds are not available. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Store credit will be added to your Tianela account and can be used for future purchases.
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
Items bought using store credit (partially or fully) cannot be returned.
Additional Information
Tianela is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking. We are also not responsible for delays or issues during return transit.
